Your main aim in Donuts in Danger is to help the aliens save their precious doughnuts from the waste bin. To achieve this you have to fire from your cannon to avoid the famous round cakes from ending up in the rubbish.
It is interesting that some of the ships you have to destroy in Donuts in Danger let fall money when they explode, and you can use that money to buy more bonuses, shields and, above all, more powerful weapons.
